Is this a legal service?
We are a technology help company, not a law firm. We do not give legal, tax, or financial advice, and this plan does not replace a will, trust, or power of attorney. We are glad to work alongside your estate attorney, financial advisor, or executor so your digital plan fits with the rest of your estate plan.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. You stay in control of your passwords. We help you set up a password manager or fill in a printed password book, and you decide where it is kept and who can reach it. We will never ask you to email or text a password, and this website has no forms that ask for account details.
Who will see my information?
Only the people you choose. Your plan belongs to you. You decide who holds it and when they can use it.
What does it cost?
Every situation is different, so we start with a free planning conversation. Call us and we will explain your options with no pressure.
Can my son or daughter be part of it?
Yes, if you would like them to be. Many families plan together, in person or by phone.
What if I am not very comfortable with technology?
That is exactly who we love to help. Our team is patient, explains things in plain words, and goes at your pace.
Can you help after someone has already passed?
Yes. With the executor's written authorization and a death certificate, we help close or transfer everyday accounts and stop recurring charges. For banks, insurance, credit cards, and investments, we prepare the paperwork and make the calls with the executor on the line.
Do you work with estate attorneys and financial advisors?
Yes. We are glad to coordinate with your attorney, advisor, or executor. We handle the technology side, and they handle the legal and financial side.
Where do you work?
In homes across the Denver metro. We are based in Lakewood, Colorado. Many planning steps can also be done by phone.
