One calm place for your family to find what matters
The Legacy Access Plan helps you organize your digital life now: your accounts, passwords, monthly bills, devices, photos, and email. So one day, your family will not be left searching for what needs to be found, kept, or cancelled.
A gift of clarity for the people you love
Most of us have more accounts than we realize. Email, banking, the pharmacy app, streaming services, a newspaper, a warehouse club membership, a cloud photo library, a phone plan. Many renew on their own each month. When someone passes, families often spend months finding them one at a time.
Our team sits down with you, at your pace, and puts it all in order while you are here to make the choices. It is a kind thing to do for your family, and many people tell us it simply feels good to have it done.
What we help you organize
Your accounts
A clear list of the accounts you use: email, banking, shopping, health portals, utilities, and more, with notes on what each one is for.
Your passwords
Logins kept safe in a password manager, or in our printed password book if you prefer paper. We help you choose what fits you.
Monthly bills and memberships
Recurring charges, streaming services, clubs, and memberships, so your family knows what to keep and what to stop.
Devices and passcodes
Your phone, tablet, and computer, and how a trusted person could get into them if needed.
Photos and email
Where your pictures and messages live, how they are backed up, and who should receive them.
Legacy contacts
We set up Apple Legacy Contact, Google Inactive Account Manager, and Facebook legacy contact with you, so the right people can be given access.
Simple, gentle steps
- A free planning conversation. We listen, answer questions, and talk about who you trust.
- We organize together. In your home or over a call, we build your account list, set up your password manager or password book, and review your monthly bills.
- We set up legacy contacts. Apple, Google, and Facebook each have their own tools. We walk through every one with you.
- Your family knows where to look. You decide who holds the plan and how it is kept safe.
For adult children planning ahead
If you are helping a parent, this is a caring way to start a hard conversation. Our team is patient and respectful, and your parent stays in charge of every decision. We can include you in the planning, in person or by phone, whatever your family prefers.
When the time comes, we help your family close accounts
Losing someone is hard enough. Sorting out dozens of accounts should not be the part that wears a family down. With the executor's written authorization and a death certificate, our team handles the legwork of closing or transferring everyday accounts: streaming services, memberships, car washes, gyms, phone and internet, and other recurring charges, plus email and social media memorialization.
For insurance, banks, credit cards, and investments, which usually need the executor directly, we prepare the paperwork, make the calls with the executor on the line, and keep a checklist so nothing is missed.
Your private information stays private. We will never ask you to send passwords or account details by email, text, or a website form. Sensitive details are handled with you, in person, and stored where you choose.
We are a technology help company, not a law firm. We do not give legal, tax, or financial advice, and this plan does not replace a will, trust, or power of attorney. We are glad to work alongside your estate attorney, financial advisor, or executor so your digital plan fits with the rest of your estate plan.
